What you'll do
As a Senior Recruiter in the Go-to-Market Division, you will play a critical role in building a world-class team by identifying and recruiting top-tier talent across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. Your primary focus will be sourcing, engaging, and assessing candidates with a track record of driving revenue, enhancing customer satisfaction, and executing market strategies. Leveraging your industry expertise and network, you will attract exceptional candidates who can contribute to our company’s growth and execute our go-to-market objectives effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and target top talent across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, and talent databases, to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, strategic experience, and alignment with our company culture.
- Partner closely with hiring managers across go-to-market functions to understand their unique needs and craft customized recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and successful onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting for Go-to-Market roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Partnerships, with a proven track record of placing top-performing professionals.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, including sales methodologies, marketing tactics, customer success metrics, and revenue-related KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms to identify and engage high-caliber talent.
