As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sr. GTM Program Manager to drive execution on GTM programs across our sales organization. 

Bevi is looking for a Sr. Program Manager who will be the glue that holds the go-to-market team together. They will be the driving force towards achieving our GTM KPIs, strategic initiatives, escalating and mitigating risks, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, highlighting opportunities, and streamlining execution across our business. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven decision making, operate with urgency, bring an ownership mindset, and a bias for action. 

Your Day to Day

Program Management

  • Lead sales initiatives including new product adoption, business models, outbound strategies, and lead-handling protocols
  • Define success metrics, action plans, timelines, and stakeholder roles for each program
  • Provide strategic support on high-visibility initiatives with focus on removing blockers, recommending solutions, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Serve as liaison between Product Marketing, Product, Operations, Technical Services, and other teams for Sales-Led Business Initiatives
  • Coordinate progress tracking and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies

Process Design & Implementation

  • Collaborate with RevOps & Enterprise Apps to create intuitive sales workflows in systems like Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Develop consistent KPI reporting across all sales levels (team, division, individual) in partnership with the RevOps team
  • Drive process adherence and gather regular feedback for continuous improvement
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for sales teams

Sales Operations

  • Keep go-to-market teams aligned, equipped, and focused during organizational change
  • Facilitate regular GTM leadership and broader GTM team meetings; gather action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure execution
  • Drive accountability and urgency towards hitting and surpassing internal team metrics including pipeline and bookings
  • Own internal GTM communications ensuring timely updates for team alignment
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to identify growth opportunities and execute strategic initiatives
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to refine GTM initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 6-8+ years of Program Management experience
  • Strategic thinker with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven experience handling complex initiatives
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Confident presenting to diverse audiences including leadership teams
