Work-life balance to me means being able to manage working a full-time job and going to school full-time while still having time for my friends, family, and hobbies, and Ylopo exemplified this perfectly. The collaboration here between departments is impeccable! Not to mention the fun activities that the company provides to its employees.

My day starts by checking in with the team through stand-ups. The meetings truly feel like a discussion as we work collaboratively to improve our systems and workflow. Throughout the day, I finish tasks that’s been assigned in sprints. There is a lot of ownership from the engineers that teaches me that it’s not about just getting the job done.

The integration of new tools into existing legacy technology is challenging for any team. Being part of the process has been fun and rewarding as we adopt new tools into our existing workflows while enhancing engineering and product teams productivity.
