What you’ll do:
- Help support the execution of a cross-functional, prioritized sales systems roadmap that supports business growth, operational scalability, and improved customer lifecycle performance.
- Drive the design and oversee implementation of scalable solutions, applying industry best practices in architecture and development to our GTM systems, including Salesforce and supporting integrated systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively gather and document requirements while determining business value, project scope, and success metrics.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including Data, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, among others.
- Leverage AI automation and agentic solutions to streamline sales workflows and enhance seller productivity.
- Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on sales systems solutions.
- Partner with developers to design and validate customized Salesforce solutions, including Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and integrations.
- Lead system testing, including creating test plans, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensuring quality assurance for Salesforce deployments.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials for go-to-market users.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide proactive recommendations and ensure the system meets evolving business needs.
What will you need to have?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, administration, and core functionalities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Familiarity with GTM technology, such as Clari, Outreach, Cloud Coach, Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha, Dealhub.io, People.ai, D&B, Xactly, etc.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Advanced Admin Certification is a plus.
- Proven experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to streamline sales workflows, boost seller productivity, and enhance customer engagement.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce customization tools like Flows and Lightning App Builder; basic understanding of Apex/Visualforce is a plus.
- Experience managing or contributing to GTM Systems projects using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $111,111 – $155,000 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
