This role is within Chamberlain Group's Sales function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Acquire new security distributors to build out Chamberlain Group's access control strategy for the Community and Facility end-user segments  (ii) Build product awareness, adoption, and sales growth in the security distribution channel through regular engagement with dealers and prospects (iii) Support dealer engagement initiatives with segment end users in collaboration with Chamberlain Group’s New Business Development and National Integrator team. (iv) Develop a comprehensive Point of Sale (POS) and promotion strategy that aligns with our Go-To-Market strategy. This is inclusive of supporting local branch engagement as well as corporate headquarter strategy to ensure business growth across all accounts.  Requires 7+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new security distributors to build out Chamberlain Group’s access control strategy for the Community and Facility end-user segments
  • Build product awareness, adoption, and sales growth in the security distribution channel through regular engagement with dealers and prospects
  • Cultivate executive relationships with key distributor leadership (VP-level and above) to influence adequate stocking to manage sell through
  • Own quarterly revenue targets and partner health metrics across top distributors, ensuring visibility into sell-through, activation, and rep-level engagement.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with distributors, integrating insights from sales velocity, pricing, and channel conflict resolution.
  • Represent MyQ Community in industry working groups, panels, and cross-OEM collaboration initiatives to position the company as a channel-first leader in the multifamily PropTech space.
  • Support dealer engagement initiatives with segment end users in collaboration with Chamberlain Group's New Business Development team and National Integrator team
  • Partner with Chamberlains Community National End User team to develop a national integrator strategy that supports the distribution partners business objectives and growth strategies.
  • Represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows, councils, and networking events

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge across the access control and system integrator spaces
  • Ability to travel up to 70% - domestically and internationally; valid driver's license

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree, in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Communications
  • Work experience in the Security Industry / Access Control Industry
  • Proficient in sales systems, mechanical aptitude, consultative selling, electrical engineering

The pay range for this position is $75,071.00 - $123,693.50; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
