At MNTN, we put our people first, full stop. This allows our company culture to be defined by our team members and their shared values, like trust, ambition, quality, radical honesty, and compassionate leadership. It’s why we all really love working for the Hardest Working Software in Television™ (and also why we were named one of Ad Age’s Best Places To Work in 2024.)

We pride ourselves on bringing unrivaled performance and simplicity to Connected TV advertising. Our self-serve technology makes running TV ads as easy as search and social, helping brands drive measurable conversions, revenue, site visits, and more. It’s what led MNTN to being named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in 2023. You can learn more about us and everything we do by visiting https://mountain.com/.

We’re committed to innovation that empowers, not replaces. At MNTN, AI is a tool for growth, enhancing efficiency while keeping a people-first approach. Our goal is to streamline workflows and drive new solutions—without compromising the human element that makes our company great.

So if wanting to do more, own more, and make a bigger impact comes naturally to you, then you may be the person we're looking for to join us in our next stage of growth.

We’re looking for a data-driven and collaborative Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will sit at the center of our cross-functional growth engine—working with performance marketing, sales, customer success, design, product marketing, and content to plan and execute full-funnel marketing tests that drive measurable business impact. You will lead experimentation efforts across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention, and use insights to fuel sustainable growth strategies. Your expertise in growth loops, lifecycle marketing, and performance analysis will make you a key contributor to MNTN’s continued growth trajectory.

You’re equally comfortable building a go-to-market test from scratch as you are analyzing campaign results and making recommendations to stakeholders. You have a knack for uncovering opportunities others might miss and thrive in environments that reward speed, curiosity, and iterative learning.

What You’ll Do:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing tests across the funnel, driving customer engagement, activation, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams to identify strategic opportunities and execute them with precision.
  • Build and scale growth experiments across channels such as email, paid media, lifecycle programs, landing pages, and in-product messaging.
  • Analyze test results to evaluate performance, extract insights, and apply learnings to future campaigns, while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Design scalable campaigns and lifecycle programs that boost conversions, enhance customer experience, and maximize lifetime value.
  • Use data to uncover opportunities, forecast results, and clearly communicate performance metrics.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging tools to identify new channels and growth levers.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with 4+ years in growth marketing focused on product-led growth or self-serve customer acquisition models.
  • Demonstrated success in building and optimizing full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong grasp of growth frameworks, conversion rate optimization, segmentation, and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience using platforms like GA4, Crazy Egg, Marketo, Tableau, or similar tools to inform decisions.
  • A test-and-learn mindset. You’re not afraid to experiment, fail fast, and iterate toward success.
  • High sense of ownership. You take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a SaaS or B2B tech company.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization tools, or customer data platforms.
  • Background in ad tech, martech, or the digital media ecosystem.

MNTN Perks:

  • 100% remote within the US
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Annual vacation allowance for travel related expenses
  • Three-day weekend every month of the year
  • Competitive compensation
  • 100% healthcare coverage
  • 401k plan
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for dependent, medical, and dental care
  • Access to coaching, therapy, and professional development

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
