About the Role
The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of full-funnel growth initiatives at Finix. This role is critical in accelerating customer acquisition, improving conversion across the buyer journey, and driving repeatable, scalable revenue growth. This individual will lead performance marketing, lifecycle programs, experimentation frameworks, and conversion optimization efforts. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and revenue operations teams to ensure seamless alignment between growth priorities and company goals. You will have general technical competencies for Hubspot Marketing Enterprise. This role will not have direct reports.
You Will:
- Own and operate paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, 6Sense, affiliate marketing, digital media and programmatic platforms.
- Partner with third party agency for Google demand generation campaigns, budget allocations and performance insights
- Drive channel optimization through A/B testing, audience targeting, creative iteration, and real-time budget reallocation.
- Analyze funnel performance and user journeys using GA and HubSpot.
- Monitor LTV: CAC, identify drop-offs, and implement tactics to improve activation and conversion.
- Design and optimize nurture campaigns using HubSpot
- Develop personalized lifecycle programs to onboard, retain, and re-engage prospects and customers.
- Build and execute growth experiments across the acquisition, onboarding, and monetization lifecycle.
- Leverage tools like VWO to test messaging, UX/UI, and product experience touchpoints.
- Create and test high-converting landing pages Type Form or internal CMS tools.
- Own the website experience and partner with design and product teams to iterate and reduce friction throughout the buyer journey.
You Are:
- A full-funnel growth marketer with deep hands-on experience in both paid and owned channels.
- Analytical and data-obsessed, with a passion for digging into performance data and finding actionable insights.
- Highly collaborative, able to work fluidly across marketing, product, and GTM teams.
- Comfortable running experiments quickly and iterating based on results.
- A strong executor with an ability to manage complex projects from end to end.
- Knowledge of HubSpot's operational workflows for data hygiene and automation efficiency
You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or marketing roles at SaaS, Fintech, or startup companies.
- Proven success scaling paid acquisition and lifecycle programs across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with growth stacks including HubSpot, Google Analytics Suite, SEM Rush and automation tools.
- Awareness of GDPR and marketing compliance standards (especially in regulated industries like Fintech).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with business intelligence tools.
- Hubspot technical expertise specific to Marketing Enterprise. Certifications preferred.

Base Salary Range: $150,00/yr to $190,000/yr + Equity + Benefits
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries at our headquarters in San Francisco, California. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
