With a robust subscription engine, a powerhouse creative pipeline, and a mid 8-figure annual media budget, we’re scaling fast—and we’re hiring a Senior Growth Manager, Paid Social to help drive our next phase of growth.

🚀 The Opportunity

We’re looking for a seasoned Paid Social expert to own execution, optimization, and creative testing across our Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad program. Reporting to the Director of Paid Media, you’ll take charge of day-to-day buying, creative iteration, performance reporting, and budget pacing—freeing up senior leaders to focus on strategy.

This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role. You’ll manage millions in monthly spend, work with a 300+ monthly asset pipeline, and help us build a best-in-class growth engine fueled by performance data and fast creative iteration.

🔑 Responsibilities📊 Meta Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Launch and manage high-volume paid social campaigns with a performance mindset.
  • Maintain clean, scalable Meta account architecture (CBO/ABO, exclusions, segmentation, naming conventions).
  • Monitor CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, MER, and contribution margin daily—scaling winners, killing losers.
  • Build and implement automated rules to minimize spend inefficiencies and optimize delivery.
🎯 Budget Management & Forecasting
  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly pacing across campaigns—adjusting allocation based on real-time results and business goals.
  • Contribute to forecasting and scenario planning by audience, geo, funnel stage, and seasonal trend.
  • Participate in strategic budgeting conversations with leadership (e.g., offer changes, new channel launches, LTV expansion).
🎨 Creative Testing & Strategy
  • Run structured, high-volume creative tests (50–70+ adsets/week) across multiple personas, landing pages, and funnel stages.
  • Identify winning angles, hooks, formats, and storytelling devices—use data to guide rapid creative iteration.
  • Partner with the in-house creative team to brief concepts, provide test-based feedback, and scale what converts.
📈 Analytics & Measurement
  • Use attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, Shopify, etc.) and incrementality testing (e.g., geo-holdouts, conversion lift) to inform decisions.
  • Analyze blended and down-funnel performance across acquisition cohorts.
  • Maintain a structured testing roadmap and creative insights tracker to consolidate learnings and spot trends.
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with CRO and Ecommerce teams to align campaign strategy with landing pages, funnel flows, and A/B tests.
  • Work closely with creative, tech, and product to ensure message match and funnel consistency.
  • Share results, test updates, and campaign walkthroughs regularly via reports, Looms, and Slack.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience with budgets of $1M+/month.
  • Mastery of Meta’s ad systems (CBO/ABO, placements, bidding, exclusions, account structure).
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and attribution (CAC, MER, LTV, incrementality).
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and guiding high-velocity testing.
  • Analytical, organized, and fluent in testing frameworks and campaign structures.
  • Clear communicator who proactively shares insights, wins, and ideas.
  • Hungry, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Bonus:

  • Experience managing TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat campaigns.
  • Familiarity with landing page testing, CRO tools, and Shopify optimization.
Benefits
  • Fully Remote Flexibility: Work from wherever you thrive best

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
