Greenlight is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social to lead performance marketing across paid social channels, including app install. In this role, you will focus on scaling our business through continued evolution and improvement of our paid social efforts. You should have hands-on experience managing, planning, launching and optimizing customer acquisition programs on Meta and other social channels to drive sustainable growth at scale.
This role reports to the VP, Growth Marketing.
Your day to day:
- Define and execute initiatives to drive results on paid social channels, primarily Meta, while monitoring and reporting on results and opportunities for improvements.
- Own your own test-and-learn agenda inclusive of planning and cross-functional resource prioritization.
- Own the Paid Social Creative agenda to drive efficiency and scale metrics.
- Manage multi-million dollar paid social budget to meet growth and efficiency goals.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams on strategy to drive measurable customer acquisition through paid social channels, support product launches, test creative, improve measurement.
- Mentor, and in the future manage, junior team members.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 6+ years of web and app paid social acquisition marketing experience at a high-growth consumer tech company, with a focus on Meta. In-house preferred.
- Demonstrated impact on customer acquisition metrics with a multi-million dollar budget.
- Experience leveraging, challenging, implementing, and improving complex measurement solutions, especially for mobile app install and conversion signal management.
- A paid social execution playbook - measurement, creative, targeting, media buying testing - you can leverage to scale our program efficiently and measurably
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- An ownership mindset - buck stops with you for your responsibilities. You encounter challenges and present possible solutions.

Our stance on salaries:
Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.
The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $120,000-155,000
The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $120,000-145,000
