Riliprubart (SAR445088) is a potential first-in-class, IgG4 humanized monoclonal antibody that selectively inhibits activated C1s in the classical complement pathway of the innate immune system. By blocking C1s, riliprubart has the potential to inhibit key inflammatory mechanisms that drive demyelination and axonal damage in chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP).  With the Phase 3 clinical program in progress, the global brand team is expanding in prepartation for this important launch within the growing Neurology Franchise.

Main responsibilities:

This role will work in the Sanofi Specialty Care Global Business Unit and will be a key member of the riliprubart Global Marketing Team.

 

This role will support the development and execution of the overall riliprubart brand strategy and tactics for both HCPs and Patients.

 

Key responsibilities include the following:

Marketing Strategy

Leads the annual development of the riliprubart Global Brand Plan.

  • Partners with Global and affiliate Cross Funcational Leads to develop the plan content
  • Partners with Sanofi MEX and coordinates with the neurology franchise team and other neurology brands.

Leads the partnership with the I&A group to ensure Competitive intelligence learning are pulled into the brand strategy and I&A acts on our key competitive business questions.

 

Marketing Tactics

Leads the development and implementation of HCP and patient facing marketing tactics.  This includes:

  • Developing the Omnichannel Engagement Plan
  • Disease State Education Tactics
  • Product Promotional Tactics (post regulatory approval)
  • Responsible for the managing the Global Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) process including the management of Veeva submissions and approvals
  • Ensuring affiliate localization and execution

Leads brand specific execution of disease state education and product promotional (post regulatory approval) content at global congresses

  • Partners closely with Neurology Franchise team and other cross functional partners
  • Responsible for the managing the Global Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MLR) process including the management of Veeva submissions and approvals

Manages vendors and timelines for global initiatives

Coordinates crossfunctional input into tactical materials

 

Marketing Operations

Leads brand specific internal engagement

  • Ensures timely posting and management of content on appropriate SharePoint (e.g. Neurology Portal)
  • Leads internal communication to affiliate and global teams
  • Leads execution of internal meetings (e.g. CoLab) or events (e.g. A Life in a Day)

Launch Management

Leads Global Marketing Tactics Launch Readiness in partnership with Cross Functional and FLEX leads.

 

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing or business3 to 5 years pharma/biotech industry experience
  • Strong commercial acumen, marketing capabilities, and strategic/innovative thinking capabilities
  • Strong project leadership / project management skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • Global launch experience
  • Global or country marketing or sales experience

The salary range for this position is:

$147,000.00 - $212,333.33

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
