Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance system reliability and performance.
Mentor junior team members in best practices and lead customization projects that involve cross-functional collaboration.
Take full ownership of strategic programs and initiatives, driving them from conception to successful implementation.

10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Ability to lead architecture design for complex systems and make strategic technology recommendations.
Advanced skills in managing complex projects or programs, including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
