Senior Financial Analyst

@LifeAtALKU as the Senior Financial Analyst: 
The primary focus of the Senior Financial Analyst is to support our executive team and stakeholders in strategic financial decision-making, analysis, forecasting, and reporting. They will work collaboratively with the leadership team across all aspects of the business while working closely with the rest of the Finance team to develop a variety of financial initiatives. Main job duties include building out financial models from scratch, budgeting, forecasting, and general analysis. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 

• 2-4 years of relevant financial analysis experience  

• 2+ years of investment banking experience 

• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines 

• Interpersonal skills to both collaborate effectively across all levels and to work independently 

• Merger and acquisition experience preferred 

• Adaptive software experience is a plus 

Responsibilities  

• Translate financial data into actionable insights to support decision-making 

• Financial statement analysis and detailed financial issue identification and resolution while understanding larger business context 

• Financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning 

• Develop new long-range strategic financial models and provide financial modeling support 

• Drive spend and financial process improvements 

• Inform business decisions and opportunities by developing business cases  

Physical Requirements 
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer 

Salary range  
$110,000-$120,000
