We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Advertising FP&A team and help shape the future of streaming and OTT advertising. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, interactive dashboards, and scalable reporting solutions.
You’ll play a key role in managing sales commission plans, supporting forecasting and close processes, and driving strategic decisions with data.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Looker) to track KPIs, revenue, and performance
- Automate reporting processes for forecasting and monthly close
- Analyze and manage sales commission plans, including modeling and performance tracking
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on advertising performance and market trends
- Develop financial models to support scenario planning and Advertising revenue forecasting
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations on revenue recognition and financial accuracy
- Deliver ad-hoc insights and visualizations to support business strategy
We’re excited if you have
- 3–5 years in FP&A, data analytics, or business intelligence (media/tech/advertising preferred)
- Bachelor's in finance, economics, data analytics, engineering, or related field
- Advanced Excel and experience with large datasets
- Experience with sales commission plan analysis
- Strong skills in Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools
- Tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan, or Spiff are a bonus
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a clear communicator
