Job Description:

Senior Financial Analyst – Wealth Central Finance

The Role

This Senior Financial Analyst role will be part of the Fidelity Wealth Central FP&A Finance team. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of financial analytics and reporting to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. In addition to monthly reoccurring deliverables, this associate will provide headcount, vendor, and expense management for HR, Analytics, and Finance/Strategy teams. There will be opportunities to identify, design, and implement process improvements to our financial reporting and analytics.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Applicants should have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with business and finance partners at varying levels of the organization. Candidates need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines.

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience in financial services with a successful history in financial P&L management and analysis
  • Strong Excel, Essbase, and PowerPoint skills; data visualization experience helpful
  • Skill to navigate through complex organizational support and challenges
  • Thorough understanding of financial concepts, methodologies, and accounting principles and how they affect business decisions
  • High degree of comfort with data, databases, financials, and strong bias for ensuring data accuracy
  • Flexible and adaptable team player

The Team

As a member of the Fidelity Wealth Finance team, you will provide senior management will illuminating, productive financial analysis to guide effective decision making that impacts Fidelity’s clients and associates. This role will be key in supporting Finance’s efforts in the growth and development of the business.
