Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the finance department with primary responsibility for supporting our Product Organization.  This is a key role that will be focused on forecasting, budgeting, variances, analysis, and financial modeling.  This Senior Financial Analyst will present key findings to all levels of management around trends and patterns.  They will also be tasked to do ad-hoc reporting on a monthly basis.  The position requires strong financial modeling and analysis experience as well as a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.

To be qualified for this position you:

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive finance business experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Are experienced in the budgeting and forecasting processes. You must have P&L experience to be considered for this role.

  • Demonstrated experience with expenses; revenue is a plus

  • Well versed in Excel; V-Lookups, modeling, graphing, tables, calculations, automation, etc.

  • Strong attention for detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Skilled with PowerPoint and are comfortable presenting to executive level leadership.

  • Thrive working in a collaborative environment that is every changing.

  • You must have experience with tools like Workday, and Adaptive Planning.

  • Use a value-add approach to bringing solutions; analytical.

You will set yourself apart with:

  • Experience working with revenue.

  • Experience with Power BI.

You will be:

  • Reporting monthly on actuals versus budget/projected, variance, etc.

  • Discussing the story behind the numbers and trends and presenting back to key internal stakeholders within the organization

  • Analyzing and running ad hoc reports, headcount, modeling, gross margin, etc.

  • Managing and forecasting a 50MM budget monthly

  • Serving as key advisor in product pricing models and coordinating recurring business review sessions with leadership

  • Supporting the Senior Finance Manager with other duties, projects or activities as needed
