The Role
This is a high-impact role within Block's Corporate FP&A team, focused on workforce planning. You'll play a key role in driving strategic financial decisions by building and maintaining robust headcount models, supporting scenario planning, and enabling cross-functional alignment across Finance, Business, People, and Talent teams.
You Will
  • Support financial forecasting (annual, quarterly, long-range) and month-end-close by partnering with relevant business partners.
  • Conduct financial scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to deliver data-driven insights that inform investment decisions
  • Drive continuous automation and process improvements to build scalable, efficient tools for planning and reporting.
  • Own day-to-day operational responsibilities related to data maintenance, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform ad hoc financial and workforce analyses to address emerging business needs and strategic questions.

You Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Workforce/Strategic Planning within a dynamic or high-growth environment.
  • Advanced modeling skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with automating workflows.
