Roles and Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for VEGA Logistics Cost.
Coordinate FP&A processes for Logistics Cost across International zones.
Serve as a strong partner for functional leaders and zone teams, helping them identify opportunities to deliver Variable Cost Productivity (VCP), optimize cost structures, and achieve budget targets through actionable insights and collaboration.
Ensure ledger accuracy during closing and identify areas of financial leakage.
Drive adherence to Global Logistics Finance standards across all relevant processes.
Liaise with ISC Controllership to review Standard MOH setup, streamline cost allocations, and sign off on accruals.
Coordinate with regional FP&A leaders to ensure consistency and transparency in cost processes.
Collaborate with International HQ to support operating rhythms and reporting.
Manage and develop three direct reports, ensuring alignment with team goals and growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in cost management or FP&A roles.
Strong technical expertise in accounting principles, cost management, and financial reporting standards.
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into strategic actions.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing direct reports and influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams.
Track record of driving process improvements and managing projects with measurable outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
Solid understanding of logistics operations and supply chain finance preferred.
