What impact you’ll make: 

This role is the finance leader supporting the Supply Chain Industrialization & Robotics team, responsible for cost budgeting, tracking, reporting & validating investments. In addition to NPI & Robotics ownership, this Supply Chain Development Finance Manager role will support transformation projects and productivity team, validating project profitability including cost, fulfillment, quality, cash. 

Job Description:

What you’ll do  

  • The Supply Chain Development Finance Manager will be the key Finance contact for the SC Industrialization team (~50 HC) supporting operations in coordinating and validating the investment requests, challenging business assumptions, and managing risk/reward trades to drive potential cash/margin improvements. 
  • The role will be responsible for planning (Budget and Forecast), prioritization, pacing, and monthly reconciliation of the Industrialization spend (~50MUSD / year). 
  • The resource should be able to act completely independently in the scope of work, interacting with the multiple stakeholders in the Supply Chain Development team and connecting the area of work with the overall SCF financials by reporting the figures to the FP&A team timely and accurately.    
  • The Supply Chain Development Finance Manager will support the broader Development organization in the profitability validation of specific transformation projects. 
  • The Finance Manager will work cross-functionally with the local site teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of project assumptions, review cash flow analysis and cost projections, and lead tollgate discussions with Senior Leadership.    
  • The role has ownership for the functional cost of the Development organization. 
  • The resource should be able to analyze, validate and summarize the key Make/Buy projects on which he/she is working on; this task requires analytical and influencing skills considering the complexity, variety of topics and the number of stakeholders involved. 
  • The role will also be responsible for driving process simplification and standard work across Global Supply Chain, highlighting automation opportunities and driving the initiatives with IT and Operations stakeholders. 
  • In this role the resource should also be able to manage the junior resources (e.g interns/FMP) who will be assigned to the scope by coaching, leading, supporting their development and providing daily guidance on the workload that the junior resources should perform. 

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college / equivalent knowledge or experience.

  • Major experience in the field of Finance. 

  • Fluent English knowledge is essential.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.  

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.  

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.  

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.  

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

Additional Notes: 

  • Successful applicant will be legally eligible to enter into an employment relationship under the laws of Hungary / Spain.

  • This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
