About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our event-driven marketing efforts. You’ll be the driving force behind initiatives that grow brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and deepen customer engagement across webinars, podcasts, industry conferences, and onsite events.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Event Strategy & Execution – Design and deliver integrated event strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals, from concept to post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create unified messaging and maximize event ROI.
  • Create Compelling Content – Oversee development of presentations, promotional assets, and follow-up campaigns that resonate with our audience.
  • Manage Vendors & Partners – Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, event organizers, and partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own the Budget – Plan and manage event budgets, optimizing spend for maximum impact.
  • Analyze & Optimize – Measure performance, track KPIs, and deliver insights to continuously improve our event strategy.

What You Bring

  • Experience – 5+ years in field marketing or event management, with a proven track record of driving successful, revenue-impacting events.
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Skills – Strong project management, excellent communication, and proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Mindset – Creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can juggle multiple projects with ease.
