This role sits at the intersection of corporate event strategy, brand experience, and field enablement—leading the execution of major trade show conferences, brand series events, and high-impact corporate activations that strengthen brand awareness and accelerate pipeline.

You'll partner closely with  field marketing, sales, demand generation, creative, and external agencies to ensure every event is strategically aligned and delivered with a differentiated ZoomInfo experience. In addition to leading major event programs, this role will oversee the management of ZoomInfo's swag store, event assets, and inventory operations. Success requires strong project management, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to bring multiple teams together in a fast-paced environment.

Seniority and level will be assigned based on the candidate's professional background and the demonstrated scale of their prior event leadership.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive the strategy, planning, and end-to-end execution of ZoomInfo's largest trade show and conference presences. Own event objectives, audience strategy, booth design, messaging, floor plans, hospitality, vendor management, budget tracking, and post-event measurement.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of ZoomInfo's brand series events and proprietary gatherings. Partner with creative and field marketing teams to develop compelling themes, programming, and attendee experiences that engage key accounts and prospects.
  • Serve as the corporate events partner to field marketing teams, ensuring major event programs align with regional and segment priorities. Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event plans, providing field teams with the tools, assets, and guidance needed to activate effectively.
  • Own the strategy, organization, and ongoing management of ZoomInfo's event assets, displays, and booth materials. Manage the swag store, including product selection, inventory planning, fulfillment, vendor relationships, and budget tracking.
  • Manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, maintaining clear project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance, tracking key metrics including attendance, meeting volume, target-account participation, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and ROMI. Use attendee feedback and performance data to optimize future event strategy.
What You Bring:
  • 4–8 years of B2B marketing, corporate events, experiential marketing, or field marketing experience, with significant experience leading large-scale trade shows, conferences, and proprietary events for a high-tech or SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large trade show booths, sponsorships, brand event series, and executive engagement programs.
  • Experience planning and running multi-city or regional event programs.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with field marketing and sales teams to align event programs to business priorities and account strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple complex events, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience managing event assets, branded merchandise, inventory, fulfillment, or a corporate swag program.
  • Strong budget management, vendor negotiation, and operational planning skills with a keen eye for quality and brand consistency.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring event performance and connecting experiential programs to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
  • Experience using MarTech such as Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, Splashthat, Reachdesk.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools: Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai or similar generative AI platforms.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including travel to major trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
