About Us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly product-driven, execution-oriented leader to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of our provider showcase experience and practice-management tooling. This role sits at the intersection of product, provider success, and quality. You will build the systems, workflows, and tools that help providers present their services effectively, manage their practice confidently, and maintain healthy client relationships, including how we simplify and standardize cancellation, referrals, followup and overall performance workflows.
This leader must bring clarity to ambiguity, operate with a founder’s mindset, and build a scalable, high-performance team that can ship meaningful outcomes rapidly.
What You’ll Do:
  • Collaborate and own the long-term product vision for provider showcase, provider tools, and practices workflows.
  • Lead cross-functional programs across Product, Clinical, Legal, Ops, and Engineering to deliver scalable provider-facing systems.
  • Develop frameworks for execution, prioritization, and operational excellence.
  • Improve provider-facing flows, such as appointment management, cancellation handling, and practice setup.
  • Use data and insights to guide decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance.
  • Build and coach a high-performance team that excels in execution, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Create documentation, playbooks, and processes that enable consistency and efficiency across the provider lifecycle.
  • Advocate for Client needs through deep understanding of provider and client needs, pain points, and workflows.
What You Bring:
  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 5+ years leading teams—including at least two years focused on building systems used by mental health or healthcare professionals.
  • Proven product engineering experience leadership with focus on high quality experiences and user centric mindset.
  • Strong product sense with the ability to articulate vision and drive it to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs in ambiguous environments.
  • Highly data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience building high-performance teams.
  • Founder’s mindset: ownership, speed, scrappiness, problem-solving.
  • Stablished frameworks of force multiplication and leadership
Why This Role Matters:
Clients and Providers are the heart of our ecosystem. The systems you build will empower them to run thriving practices, reduce friction in their workflows, and improve client outcomes at scale.
