Who We Are

We are the Governance Technology Enablement (GTE) team, driving technology solutions that strengthen governance and risk assurance across TJX. Our primary focus is delivering and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that support critical functions, including IT Risk & Compliance, Vendor Management, Contract Management, and Software Asset Management.

Beyond ServiceNow, we enable automation and efficiency through platforms such as Blue Prism and Power Automate, and we maintain a custom application that underpins TJX’s Integrated Risk Assurance process. Our mission is to empower governance teams with innovative, scalable, and integrated technology solutions that enhance compliance, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business value.

What you will do

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - ServiceNow to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience in stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical design and development efforts for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on platform capabilities.

  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the team.

  • Implement and maintain IRM module solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Support additional modules such as Software Asset Management (SAM) and Contract Management.

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts.

  • Collaborate in an Agile (SAFe) environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure compliance with ServiceNow platform standards and governance.

  • Learn and champion DevOps practices.

  • Develop proficiency in and support configuration automation platforms, including Blue Prism and Power Automate, to drive process efficiency and integration.

What you will need
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Active CIS-Risk certification.

  • Proven experience in technical leadership, including mentoring and guiding development teams.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices for scalability and maintainability.

  • Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Integration Experience including:

    • Familiarity with Integration Hub and use of out-of-box spokes

    • Ability to design and build custom integrations leveraging REST API’s and OAuth

  • Proficiency in building and troubleshooting ATF.

  • Experience working in an Agile (SAFe) framework.

This position has a starting salary range of $91,200.00 to $118,600.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
