Job Description

THE ROLE 

Bose Corporation’s Global Supply Chain organization is looking for bright, motivated graduates who seek out new approaches and love to learn. Our best employees are excellent problem solvers who work well with people to get results.  

Our Supply Chain Rotational Program provides high potential recent college graduates with the opportunity to accelerate their career through a variety of learning experiences over a two-year period.  

Participants will receive challenging rotations in three to four functional areas including Supply Risk and Resilience, Business Planning, Supply Chain Strategy, Commodity Management, Sourcing, Quality, and Project Management. Upon program completion, participants will have gained a valuable understanding of our end-to-end value chain. 

All positions will be at Bose Global Corporate Headquarters in Framingham, MA with potential to rotate through our hubs in Atlanta, GA and Troy, MI. We are working hybrid with the expectation for you to be in the office 3 days/week.  The position will start in either Fall/Winter 2025 or Summer 2026.  

REQUIREMENTS 

Qualifications:  Bose Rotational Programs are highly selective. To be considered candidates must have:  

Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.  

Education and Experience  

Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related field and expecting to graduate by Summer 2026.   

6 months minimum to 2 years maximum cumulative relevant work experience.  

Skills  

Capacity to lead, motivate and influence through effective communications  

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint  

Strong demonstrated analytical skills  

More specific experience in SAP, Jira, Confluence, AI tools are preferred   

Proven track record of success and results
