Responsibilities

  • Architect and deploy comprehensive global total rewards and compensation strategies aligned with business objectives,
    ensuring competitive, equitable, and inclusive practices.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders on executive compensation, equity programs, and global benefits to
    attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Design, implement, and manage robust compensation frameworks, including base pay structures, incentive plans, equity,
    and executive compensation programs.
  • Conduct ongoing market benchmarking and pay equity analyses to maintain competitive positioning and ensure fairness
    across the organization.
  • Advance inclusive global benefits offerings—including health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs—to proactively
    support the diverse needs of our workforce.
  • Ensure total rewards programs comply fully with federal, state, and global regulatory requirements, championing
    transparency and fairness.
  • Cultivate strong vendor and broker relationships, optimizing the value, quality, and effectiveness of benefit offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align rewards programs with broader organizational
    initiatives and strategic goals.

Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in total rewards and compensation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a complex,
    global organization.
  • Deep expertise in compensation strategy, executive compensation, incentive design, pay equity practices, and regulatory
    compliance.
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and advanced data analytics used to inform strategic compensation decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Master’s degree or advanced certifications
  • Experience in a high-growth, public tech or life sciences company.
  • Familiarity with global equity compensation frameworks and international benefits program design.
The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
