You will lead a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers, acting as the primary bridge across our Digital, Asset Lifecycle Management, and Records and Information Management functions to accelerate joint Go-To-Market opportunities.

  • Deep domain expertise within software- and services-driven partner ecosystems, including extensive knowledge of working alongside Value-Added Reseller, Hyperscale, Cloud, and Systems Integrator partners.

  • Proven sales leadership success with a strategic mindset, world-class commercial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to build cross-functional teams within a highly matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional consultative relationship skills to effectively network, influence, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customer decision-makers.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Paid time off and holidays to ensure you have dedicated time to recharge.

  • Flexible work options to support your individual work–life balance.

  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans tailored to your region.

  • Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within a globally expanding enterprise.

Reasonably expected salary range: $225,400.00 - $300,500.00 + commissions.
