The opportunity
The Senior Director, Sales Operations ultimately serves as the primary point of contact between our internal Sales leaders and broader Revenue Operations organization, driving cross-functional process improvement, visibility of ongoing performance across teams with a bias towards long-term self-service, and enabling/supporting our team of high-performing Sales Operations individuals.
Overseeing our internal sales forecasting process, facilitating regular meetings with Leadership and providing the necessary visibility to keep the overall business up to speed on changes and projections.
Keeping continuous insight into the “Day in the Life” of our Sales reps and support teams through data-driven analysis, identifying areas for improvement, and working cross-functionally to deploy solutions that increase operational efficiency.
Working alongside our RevTech and Enablement teams to ensure that we receive maximum value and benefit from our technology stack, documenting expectations, and spreading awareness to ensure that our internal customers are up to speed and knowledgeable on changes.
Owning and contributing toward elements of our annual planning process, including modelling our annual bookings plan targets and Sales rep capacity, territory management/assignment, and the development and issuance of compensation plans that drive behavior aligned with our business objectives.
Manage and develop a team of talented SalesOps specialists to develop their careers and growth. Ensure that team resources, most notably our time, are focused on delivering priority projects (not nice to haves) and setting realistic expectations on timelines.
Partnering with our Marketing, Finance, Product, Deal Desk, etc. teams to drive cross-functional alignment, improvement and standardization.

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA is desired but not required
7+ years of experience in Operations-based roles including time with SaaS cybersecurity companies, and a proven track record of success in leading and developing teams
General knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and its unique evaluation/purchase process, and experience in supporting a Channel-led sales motion
Strong understanding of Sales support tools, most importantly Salesforce, and other notable point solutions (e.g. Clari, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Outreach, etc.)
Proficiency/Mastery in Excel (or Google Sheets) from an analytical/modeling perspective, along with presentation-building platforms such as Powerpoint or Google Slides. Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, etc., is a plus.
A “can-do” attitude, strong attention to detail, and an innate ability to motivate and inspire others

The annual base salary range for this position is $156,400 - $230,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity.
