The Global Supply Chain Leader for Industrials is responsible for building and leading a globally integrated, end-to-end supply chain organization with full accountability for business performance. This role defines and executes the supply chain strategy across Industrials, driving transformation, operational excellence, and digital enablement to improve service, cost, inventory, and cash outcomes. With oversight spanning plan–source–make–deliver, this leader ensures strong alignment between demand, supply, and financial commitments through SIOP and S&OE, while optimizing execution across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and customer fulfillment to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a globally integrated end-to-end supply chain organization, driving accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution across functions and regions.
  • Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy for Industrial and Dynapower, including transformation initiatives to enhance performance, scalability, and resilience.
  • Own and deliver end-to-end supply chain performance (plan–source–make–deliver) across service (OTIF), cost, inventory, and cash.
  • Lead and optimize global supply chain execution across manufacturing sites, suppliers, and logistics, ensuring reliable delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Drive procurement logistics excellence, including implementation of inbound logistics standards, supplier logistics directives, and EDI integration, while ensuring superior supplier delivery performance, transparency, and efficient material flow into operations
  • Drive plant-level supply chain transformation, including value stream orientation, end-to-end planning integration, and operational excellence.
  • Establish and lead SIOP as the central business planning and decision-making process, ensuring alignment of demand, supply, and financial commitments, and delivering long-term visibility and predictable performance against Annual Plan targets.
  • Ensure strong Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), enabling short-term demand-supply balancing, rapid issue resolution, and disciplined execution.
  • Align and continuously improve SIOP practices, systems, and tools to support different business models and enable scalable, data-driven decision-making.
  • Own the end-to-end inventory strategy, including raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and E&O, aligned with working capital targets.
  • Drive digital transformation of the supply chain, including advanced planning systems, data transparency, and end-to-end visibility, and foster data-driven decision-making and self-service analytics.
  • Initiate and lead continuous improvement programs across the supply chain, leveraging industry best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Lead global customer service and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business unit priorities and delivering superior customer experience

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in global supply chain leadership roles, with demonstrated end-to-end responsibility (plan–source–make–deliver) in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in service (OTIF), cost, inventory, and cash, with direct accountability for business performance.
  • Strong experience in leading global supply chain operations and plant-level supply chain execution, including driving operational excellence and value stream improvements.
  • Deep expertise in Integrated Business Planning (SIOP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), with the ability to translate plans into reliable operational execution.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end supply chain transformation, including organizational redesign, process integration, and performance turnaround.
  • Experience in digital supply chain transformation, including implementation of advanced planning systems, data transparency, and end-to-end visibility solutions.
  • Experience in driving data-driven decision-making, including the use of analytics and self-service reporting to improve performance and transparency.
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional and global organizations, including teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link supply chain decisions to P&L, working capital, and financial outcomes.

Base Salary Range:

$198,000.00 - $272,360.00
