Role Summary
The Senior Director, Global Creative - Shark Home is responsible for defining, leading, and scaling the global creative vision for the Shark Home portfolio across all consumer touchpoints. This leader owns how Shark Home shows up in the world - from product storytelling and brand expression to global go-to-market campaigns and retail execution - ensuring work is bold, consumer-obsessed, and commercially impactful.
This role leads multidisciplinary global creative teams and agency partners, partnering closely with Brand, Product Development, Marketing, Media, and Commercial teams to deliver world-class creative that drives clarity, desire, and growth. The ideal candidate blends high creative standards with operational excellence and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set and evolve the global creative vision for Shark Home, ensuring a consistent, distinctive, and premium brand expression across all channels and markets
  • Lead end-to-end creative strategy for new product launches, global campaigns, evergreen storytelling, and in-market optimization
  • Build, inspire, and develop high-performing global creative teams across disciplines including art direction, design, copy, production, and creative operations
  • Partner closely with Brand, Product Development, Engineering, Consumer Insights, Media, and Sales to translate product innovation into compelling consumer stories
  • Own creative excellence across packaging, advertising, digital commerce, retail, PR, video, experiential, and long-form brand storytelling
  • Establish and uphold creative standards, processes, and governance that enable speed, quality, and scalability globally
  • Lead agency strategy and performance, ensuring partners deliver breakthrough work aligned to SharkNinja's ambition, timelines, and business goals
  • Champion a consumer-first mindset, leveraging insights, testing, and performance data to continuously improve creative effectiveness
  • Present creative vision, concepts, and performance to executive leadership, influencing decisions at the highest levels
  • Balance strategic leadership with hands-on creative problem-solving when needed to unlock big ideas or resolve complexity

Qualifications
Must-Haves
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership, brand, or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven experience leading global, multi-disciplinary creative organizations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong background in CPG, consumer technology, lifestyle, or innovation-led brands
  • Demonstrated success driving end-to-end creative for global product launches and commercialization
  • Exceptional ability to connect consumer insight, product innovation, and storytelling
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Track record of building teams, developing talent, and fostering a culture of creative excellence

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience working across both in-house creative teams and external agencies
  • Exposure to DTC, eCommerce, and retail-first creative ecosystems
  • Global market experience across North America, EMEA, and APAC
  • Background working closely with industrial design or product-led organizations

Pay Range
$187,500-$287,500 USD
