Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the global creative vision for Ninja, ensuring bold, consistent, and consumer-relevant brand expression across regions
- Lead end-to-end creative strategy for global product launches, integrated campaigns, and in-market optimization
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing global creative teams across art direction, design, copy, production, and creative operations
- Partner closely with Brand, Product Development, Engineering, Consumer Insights, Media, and Sales to convert product performance and innovation into clear, compelling creative narratives
- Own creative excellence across packaging, advertising, digital commerce, retail, PR, video, experiential, and long-form brand storytelling
- Establish creative standards, frameworks, and workflows that enable speed, quality, and scalability globally
- Lead and manage agency partners to deliver breakthrough creative aligned with Ninja's ambition and business objectives
- Champion a consumer-first mindset, leveraging insights, testing, and performance data to continuously improve creative effectiveness
- Present creative strategy, work, and results to executive leadership, influencing decision-making and investment
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on creative engagement to unlock big ideas and solve complex challenges
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in creative leadership, brand, or integrated marketing roles
- Proven experience leading global, multi-disciplinary creative organizations
- Strong background in CPG, consumer technology, lifestyle, or performance-driven brands
- Demonstrated success delivering global product launch creative and commercialization
- Ability to translate technical performance and innovation into compelling consumer stories
- Executive presence and strong cross-functional influence
- Track record of building, mentoring, and retaining top creative talent

- Experience operating within in-house creative teams and agency ecosystems
