Executive Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the CEO, bringing sound business judgment, analytical rigor, operational discipline, and a strong bias for action to the company's highest-priority initiatives.
  • Anticipate organizational needs, proactively solve problems, and balance strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
  • 7–12+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, corporate development, executive operations, management consulting, or related leadership roles within biotech, life sciences, or other innovation-driven industries.
  • Demonstrated success translating strategy into operational plans and leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
