· Experience leading communications through growth and transformation, with a strategic yet hands-on approach to planning and executing high-impact communications strategy.

· Ability to influence without authority, build strong cross-functional relationships, create alignment among stakeholders, and bring structure, clarity, and consistency to an evolving environment.

· Experience managing and developing communications professionals.
