Job Description

Commercialization Execution

  • Own the end-to-end product-to-market lifecycle and GTM readiness frameworks
  • Ensure new products and features launch with aligned Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success execution

Multi-Product Platform Operations

  • Design operating models for a multi-product SaaS platform
  • Enable bundling, cross-sell, and pricing consistency across segments

Hybrid GTM (PLG + Enterprise)

  • Operationalize PLG-to-sales handoffs using product usage signals
  • Build workflows that convert self-serve adoption into enterprise expansion

AI-Driven Commercial Transformation

  • Identify and deploy AI-driven tools and automation (e.g., intent modeling, agentic workflows, automated playbooks)
  • Improve productivity, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-revenue across the GTM stack

Cross-Functional Execution & Alignment

  • Align Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance on execution of revenue models
  • Ensure commercialization is operationally viable and compliant within a financial services environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10–15+ years in business transformation, GTM operations, strategy & operations, or consulting with operator experience
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or financial services technology environments
  • Proven ability to operationalize product launches and scale GTM execution across multiple products
  • Strong understanding of multi-product SaaS models, platform strategies, and PLG + enterprise hybrid motions
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in organizations transitioning from single product to multi-product/platform models
  • Background in fintech, capital markets technology, or regulated SaaS environments
  • Experience working closely with Product teams on PLG or product analytics
  • Exposure to modern GTM architecture (CRM, product telemetry, data platforms)
