Here at Dataminr, our Marketing team is growing! We are seeking a Senior Digital Experience Strategist to drive inbound pipeline conversions. You'll lead website and landing page experiences, leveraging AI-driven personalization, optimizing content, and conducting A/B/n testing for global, conversion-focused digital journeys. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams as a trusted advisor and customer advocate. Candidate Location: While our ideal candidate is based on the US West Coast, we are open to considering individuals working remotely anywhere in the US.

The opportunity
  • Strategize & Optimize Digital Journeys: Shape and enhance the B2B enterprise buyer's digital path, from initial touchpoint to conversion.

  • Innovate with AI: Lead the integration of AI-driven personalization, content recommendations, and intelligent features for superior user experiences.

  • Drive Inbound Conversions: Directly impact pipeline growth by optimizing website and landing pages to attract and convert high-value prospects.

  • Leverage Data for Impact: Utilize insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Optimizely, 6Sense, HubSpot, Hockeystack) and AI to inform decisions and prioritize projects.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, ensuring digital experiences align with broader business goals.

  • Own & Execute Projects: Take initiative on complex web projects, from strategy to execution, making a measurable impact on performance.

What you bring

  • Strategic & Hands-on Expertise: 5-7 years in digital experience strategy, with proven hands-on knowledge in optimizing B2B buyer journeys for inbound conversions.

  • CMS Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with and optimizing content within various content management systems, such as WordPress or Webflow.

  • AI-Driven Innovation: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and automation to create personalized and intelligent digital experiences.

  • Data-Informed Decisions: A strong track record of using analytics and AI-generated insights (Google Analytics, Optimizely, 6Sense, HubSpot) to drive impactful project decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven success in collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.

  • Project Management Acumen: The ability to proactively own and execute complex web projects, from planning to successful implementation and optimization.

  • Customer-Centric Focus: A deep understanding of B2B enterprise buyer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional digital experience that foster loyalty.

The annual base salary range for this position is $118,400 - $174,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
