We are looking for a Senior Data Product Owner (DPO) to join our team. In this role, you will lead multiple data product teams, guiding the entire product lifecycle from ideation to deployment. You will be instrumental in leveraging data flows to design and refine products that enable impactful business outcomes, while ensuring all solutions align with our strategic vision and adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The OpportunityDefine and communicate the vision and roadmap for data products, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, data engineering, and IT to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Lead and mentor other Data Product Owners, fostering a community of practice that ensures consistency and alignment across teams.
Manage the entire lifecycle of data products, leveraging Roche’s IT and OT ecosystems to promote stable and automated solutions.
Prioritize product backlogs based on business value and feasibility, guiding teams to deliver scalable and reusable data products.
Ensure all data products adhere to Roche’s data quality standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on privacy and security.
Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and optimizing data processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You bring over 7 years of industry experience, including at least 4 years as a product owner, data analyst, or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
You have a proven track record of designing and delivering complex, high-quality data and analytics solutions on cloud platforms.
You possess a strong understanding of data architectures, data modeling, and data integration methodologies.
You are an influential leader with excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts and managing stakeholders at all levels.
