We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our multi-disciplinary team of analysts, engineers, and scientists. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing petabytes of click stream data and designing scalable GCP solutions. 

We value a customer-centric approach and rely on teamwork to deliver robust data pipelines. In this role, you will own your results while building measurement datasets that turn big data into actionable insights for the entire business.

• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on GCP for digital measurement data.
• Leverage Advanced SQL and Python to transform, optimize, and analyze large datasets.
• Build and orchestrate data workflows using tools like Apache Airflow, DBT 
• Design and maintain efficient data warehouse solutions on Bigquery to support global analytics
• Develop and optimize data models to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data solutions meet business needs.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance throughout the data lifecycle
• Mentoring junior colleagues fostering a culture of technical growth, providing technical recommendations to management and stakeholders 

• The ideal candidate will approach challenges with optimism, maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• A solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
• Proven expertise in handling Big Data complexities within a cloud environment, preferably GCP.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and optimization with a focus on clear documentation.
• Strong Python skills and experience automating workflows with tools like Airflow or DBT.
• Experience in guiding junior engineers and a passion for helping others succeed.
• The ability to translate complex technical data into actionable recommendations for management.
• A natural ability to build bridges and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• A commitment to acting responsibly while making a lasting impact on our data culture.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
