Job Description:
As the Senior Analytics and Insights Manager, you will be a strategic leader responsible for partnering with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development—to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that insights are not only actionable but also easily understood and implemented by GTM teams.

- Provide actionable insights and analysis that inform and shape GTM strategy.
- Leverage data to help GTM teams understand their business in terms of customer behavior, pipeline performance, and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with Field and Success Operations to define a comprehensive set of KPIs that measure operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with GTM leaders to develop insights that improve decision-making and execution.
- Proactively identify areas where data and analytics can drive improvements in GTM performance, customer retention, and sales effectiveness.
- Validate opportunities through data and communicate recommendations to leadership.
- Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of GTM dashboards, ensuring they meet business needs and are used effectively by the field teams.
- Gather feedback from end users to iterate and improve dashboard functionality and relevance.
- Partner with engineering, data teams, and IT to ensure the analytics function has access to clean, high-quality, and well-structured data.
- Act as a bridge between the technical data teams and business users, ensuring that data is accessible and usable.
- Develop operational rigor within the analytics function, standardizing processes, reports, and performance reviews.
- Implement a robust framework for tracking progress, reporting, and optimizing the performance of the analytics team.
- Build strong relationships with GTM stakeholders, ensuring alignment of analytics priorities with business needs.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to executive leadership, driving alignment on key initiatives.
- Experience with sales-based analytical projects supporting GTM (Go-To-Market) teams
- Strong project management, executive presence, and technical proficiency
- Prior experience in a SaaS company preferred
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on partnering with sales, success, or business development teams.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) and statistical methods.
- Strong ability to craft and communicate data stories to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering.
- Deep understanding of GTM strategies and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment
- This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:The annual US base salary range for this role is $98,800- $130,00 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
