About Glacis

We’re on a mission to revolutionize the supply chains of global giants like Tesla and Coca-Cola - through AI agents that think, plan, and act. Backed by legendary Silicon Valley VCs behind Flexport, Databricks, and Perplexity, we’re empowering supply chain teams across the world to automate complex logistics workflows, integrate processes seamlessly with existing systems, and supercharge efficiency.

We’re a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, Y Combinator alumni, and ex-Googlers - if you’re ready to change the way a trillion-dollar industry operates, join us on Day 1.

The Role

The Senior Content Writer is a hands-on individual-contributor role. You’ll join our marketing team by leading content creation for Glacis across LinkedIn, reports, one-pagers, and storytelling assets written for VP-level executives in the US and Europe at companies like Nike, Coca-Cola, and Tesla. You’ll translate complex supply chain and AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with supply chain leaders.

You’ll work closely with the founders and the GTM team to understand customer pain points, turn them into content that educates and converts, and ship high-quality posts and materials on a consistent cadence. This is a hands-on, creative role - ideal for someone who loves writing, designing simple but beautiful layouts, and experimenting with new formats and tools (including AI/LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

This is a high-ownership, senior individual-contributor role: you’ll be the primary writer whose work is read by VP/C-level leaders at global enterprises.

LinkedIn Content & Social
Own the LinkedIn voice for Glacis and our founder - from thought leadership to deep, opinionated posts on supply chain and AI, plan and create posts that speak to VP-level decision makers (clear POV, sharp framing, strong hooks).
Repurpose long-form content into short-form social formats (carousels, snippets, visual summaries).

Storytelling & Long-form Content
Write and edit content such as case studies, customer stories, and simple reports/whitepapers.
Turn customer conversations and internal notes into clear narratives with a strong point-of-view.

Design
Create simple, clean designs using tools like Figma/Canva (e.g., one-pagers, slide layouts, diagrams, social visuals).
Ensure a consistent visual identity across LinkedIn, sales collateral, and website content in collaboration with the technical/product team.

Analytics & Iteration
Monitor performance (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, basic website metrics) and use the data to refine topics, formats, and messaging.

Are You the Right Fit?

You might be who we’re looking for if:

  • You have 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B content or marketing, ideally in enterprise/SaaS/AI/product companies.

  • You’re a strong writer in English (this is non-negotiable) - you can explain complex ideas clearly, concisely, and in a tone suitable for senior business audiences.

  • You have proven experience creating content online, especially: LinkedIn posts (for a company and/or executives), and Blog/website content like case studies, success stories, or product stories.

  • You have worked in a product/tech company (vs. purely offline, non-tech, or print environments).

To give you a clearer picture of what you’ll actually work on, here are a few real examples of the type of content you’d own:

  • LinkedIn post example 1: LinkedIn Post 1

  • LinkedIn post example 2: LinkedIn Post 2

  • Short report/whitepaper example: Glacis Sample Report

It’s plus (but not a must have) if:

  • You’re comfortable creating simple but polished designs (Figma/Canva) and layouts for: Visualizations, one-pagers, sales materials, basic report layouts or visual summaries

  • You know how to read and act on analytics (e.g., impressions, CTR, basic funnel metrics) to guide content decisions.

  • You’re comfortable working closely in a fast-paced start-up setting.

Why Join Glacis?
  • High Ownership & Real Impact: Your work will be seen by global enterprises and directly influence how customers perceive and adopt Glacis.

  • Learn Fast in Enterprise B2B: Deep exposure to supply chain, logistics, and AI - you’ll learn how to communicate complex operational problems and solutions.

  • Entrepreneurial Growth: Work directly with ex-founders and ex-Googlers, in a setting where your ideas are tested quickly and visible immediately.

  • Early Team Member: Join at an early stage and shape our brand voice, content strategy, and internal processes from the ground up.

  • Global Mindset, Vietnam Base: Work from Ho Chi Minh City while building a brand that speaks to customers across the US, EU, and beyond.

  • Mission-Driven Culture: We move fast, care deeply about the problems we’re solving, and expect everyone to bring ownership, candor, and a bias to action.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
