The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst - Compensation Programs who will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the administration, execution, and continuous improvement of the organization's annual merit, incentive compensation, and performance management processes. This role serves as the primary program support for compensation programs and backup on our executive compensation processes, ensuring programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
The position oversees and supports end-to-end program execution within Workday, including system configuration coordination, testing, process governance, reporting, communications, and stakeholder support. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, leaders, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Operations to ensure a seamless employee and leader experience.
In addition, this position serves as the backup administrator for executive compensation programs, including Long-Term Incentive (LTI), Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP), and Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP) administration, and supports strategic compensation initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Day in the Life:
- Oversee and support the administration and execution of the annual merit planning process, ensuring accurate system setup, testing, reporting, communications, and governance.
- Oversee and support the annual incentive and bonus planning processes, including coordination with key stakeholders, validation of data, and completion of payout calculations and reporting.
- Oversee and support the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, calibration support, system administration, and process improvements.
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Workday compensation and performance management processes.
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables for compensation and performance management programs.
- Create and maintain program documentation, job aids, training materials, leadership resources, and employee communications.
- Monitor program execution and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience across compensation and performance processes.
- Produce standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analyses to support decision-making, program evaluation, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful program delivery.
- Support annual salary structure updates, market pricing activities, and compensation analyses as needed.
- Serve as backup support for executive compensation administration, including Long-Term Incentive (LTI), Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP), and Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan (SERP) processes.
- Assist with executive compensation reporting, plan administration activities, participant communications, and annual program events as required.
- Participate in compensation audits, compliance activities, regulatory reporting, and governance processes.
- Support special projects related to compensation, performance management, human capital programs, Workday enhancements, process automation, and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain compensation policies, procedures, process documentation, and program controls.
- Perform other duties, analyses, and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including program administration, market pricing, and compensation consulting required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience serving in a senior-level compensation role required.
- Minimum 2 years’ Executive Compensation experience preferred.
- Experience leading annual compensation planning processes (annual merit, bonus, performance management) and compensation-related projects required.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR stakeholders on complex compensation matters required.
- Workday experience required.
- PowerBi experience a plus.

Pay Equity
$84,900.00 - $108,200.00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
