As we modernize and scale the community foundation that drives Webflow’s growth, we’re looking for a seasoned Senior Community Marketing Manager to architect a comprehensive community strategy that serves our most loyal advocates while thoughtfully expanding to new audiences like developers, marketers, and enterprise teams. You’ll be responsible for our most critical community programs, while building the infrastructure needed to scale Webflow’s community as a sustainable growth channel.

This is a highly visible and strategic role in which it will be crucial to build trust and cross functional relationships with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, Support, Product, and more to drive growth and business impact.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

- Zone A: $120,500 - $157,000
- Zone B: $114,500 - $149,500
- Zone C: $108,000 - $141,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Senior Community Marketing Manager, you’ll …
- Own and evolve Webflow’s holistic community strategy – modernize existing programs and launch new initiatives that deliver deep value for our community and measurable business outcomes
- Translate community insight into impact — proactively listen to community feedback, trends, and sentiment to inform programming, surface needs, and amplify community voices internally and externally
- Lead and scale marquee community programs — design scalable programs that empower the community to host regional events, create and share content, and participate in high-impact activations that strengthen community connection and amplify Webflow’s brand
- Build scalable community infrastructure — manage platforms, implement unified community moderation, and establish consistent measurement and reporting across channels
- Architect a community-driven content engine — cultivate and amplify authentic user-generated content (UGC) in partnership with key community leaders to drive awareness, education, and adoption of Webflow’s core products
- Grow and engage emerging community segments — intentionally expand Webflow’s community programming to serve broader personas with personalized content and engagement experiences over time
- Embed community across the customer journey — partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Ecosystem teams to identify opportunities to integrate community into the broader customer experience
- Define and track community success metrics — define KPIs with data team and regularly report on community health, impact, and growth opportunities

- 6+ years of relevant experience, with 4+ years leading community marketing or strategic community programs in a B2B tech environment — ideally with exposure to enterprise or high-growth companies
- Bachelor's degree is required
