What You’ll Do
- Serve as a legal partner to the Sales team throughout the sales cycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating: customer agreements and licensing agreements, NDAs, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs);
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers;
- Support HR and leadership with employment-related agreements, including offer letters and employment contracts;
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders;
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing and Sales teams;
- Support privacy and data protection matters as needed.
- 7+ years of experience as legal counsel with a strong emphasis on commercial law in the high-tech industry.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with SaaS agreements and licensing models – a must.
- Prior experience in startup environments - a strong advantage.
- Proven experience supporting Sales teams and closing commercial transactions.
- General familiarity with privacy and data protection law – an advantage.
- Experience working with Israeli companies or the Israeli tech ecosystem – a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a business-minded approach.
- Qualified to practice law in New York/Boston.
- Knowledge of Hebrew – an advantage.
