About the Role
Our Revenue Operations team acts as the strategic bridge between Finance, Sales, and other go-to-market functions, ensuring alignment across forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Commercial Insights Analyst to support our go-to-market teams with predictive modeling, forecasting, and performance analytics. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build data models and forecasting frameworks - including pipeline conversion and win-rate analysis - that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This individual contributor role will report directly to the Senior Director, FP&A and play a key part in shaping our revenue strategy. The salary range for this position is $ 77,000 - $143,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain predictive dashboards and reporting in Salesforce, Tableau and/or Sigma to track pipeline health, forecast accuracy, win rates, and GTM performance
- Develop and refine forecasting models (e.g., pipeline-weighted forecasting, cohort-based win-rate analysis, sales velocity modeling) to improve prediction accuracy across the commercial funnel
- Analyze historical trends and build statistical models to identify drivers of win/loss rates, deal velocity, and conversion at each funnel stage
- Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support forecasting under varying market and pipeline conditions
- Partner with Marketing Operations to build attribution models and analyze campaign-to-pipeline-to-revenue conversion
- Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, translating complex quantitative models into clear, actionable recommendations
- Partner with Finance on annual planning, budgeting, and revenue modeling, incorporating predictive analytics into long-range forecasts
- Build and maintain SQL-based data pipelines to support dashboard automation and self-service reporting
- Communicate analytical methodology and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive adoption of data-informed decision-making
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytics role, with direct experience in forecasting or predictive modeling
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau and/or Sigma, including data modeling, dashboard automation, and performance optimization
- Experience building forecasting or predictive models (e.g., win-rate modeling, pipeline conversion analysis, regression-based forecasting) in a SaaS or subscription-revenue environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong)
- Familiarity with statistical concepts (e.g., regression analysis, cohort analysis, confidence intervals) as applied to commercial forecasting
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment, handling multiple projects with flexibility and a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis for cross-functional stakeholders
