In this highly visible role, you'll leverage data-driven insights, innovative marketing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to drive client engagement, retention, and revenue growth. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you'll influence key stakeholders, shape marketing best practices, and help elevate team performance while delivering exceptional results for our clients.

This is a Remote position available in the United States.

Primary Purpose

The Senior Client Marketing Manager (SCMM) is a recognized subject matter expert responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of client marketing programs for a portfolio of enterprise accounts. This role drives measurable impact on client engagement, registration, and revenue growth through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the SCMM influences client and internal stakeholders, contributes to departmental strategy and planning, and plays a key role in shaping marketing best practices. This role also provides leadership, coaching, and guidance across the team while supporting broader organizational priorities.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of client marketing programs for a portfolio of complex, multi-service, enterprise and enterprise-like accounts, driving significant impact on engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

  • Own and manage large-scale, high-visibility marketing initiatives (e.g., enterprise launches, multi-channel campaigns, transitions) with minimal oversight.

  • Serve as a recognized subject matter expert in client marketing, establishing best practices, frameworks, and standards across the team.

  • Partner with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to influence marketing strategy, priorities, and long-term engagement plans.

  • Analyze performance data and trends to provide strategic recommendations that inform both client outcomes and broader team direction.

  • Contribute to team planning efforts, including goal setting, operational improvements, and identifying opportunities for scale and efficiency.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, client relations, and other internal teams to align on strategy and execution.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and delegation of work to junior team members and peers; review work to ensure quality and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Identify and drive process improvements, tools, and scalable solutions to enhance team performance and effectiveness.

Job Requirements – Education/ExperienceEducation

Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required

Experience

8 years of professional experience in marketing required

  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook. Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and print-on-demand systems preferred.

  • Must be results-oriented, highly motivated, able to function effectively under pressure. Must be detail-oriented, set high standards for quality, and have strong organizational skills.

  • Prioritizes workload effectively by identifying high-priority tasks and proactively managing project timelines amid competing demands.

Compensation: 

The annual salary for this position is between $86,000-$103,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
