At Wellist, we are building the support system we would want for our own loved ones. For more than a decade, we have helped people navigate life’s most challenging moments by connecting them with the right support.

Our platform powers those connections, but a benefit no one knows about helps no one. Employee enrollment is essential to delivering impact, demonstrating client ROI, and supporting Wellist’s continued growth.

As Senior Manager, Client Engagement, you will own engagement strategy and execution across our employer clients. You will identify opportunities to improve enrollment, develop targeted campaigns, manage execution, and help clients understand what is driving results.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You will use AI tools and a network of designers, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality work at speed.

What You’ll Own

Client Engagement Strategy

  • Build tailored strategies designed to drive more than 60% enrollment within 12 months of launch.
  • Identify engagement gaps across locations, employee populations, and benefit types.
  • Use performance data to prioritize resources and continuously improve each client’s plan.

Campaign Development and Execution

  • Create campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, manager-led communications, and onsite activations.
  • Write campaign copy and direct designers, translators, print vendors, and other contractors.
  • Manage campaigns from initial strategy and production through deployment and measurement.
  • Maintain a baseline cadence of approximately one campaign per client each month.

Client Reporting and Partnership

  • Socialize engagement and ROI results to Total Rewards and HR leaders.
  • Translate performance data into clear recommendations and next steps.
  • Partner with clients to strengthen their internal employee activation efforts and improve results.

A Scalable Engagement Playbook

  • Evaluate existing client campaigns and identify the tactics that consistently drive results.
  • Codify best practices based on client profiles and employee populations.
  • Build repeatable processes that allow Wellist to scale its engagement model.

This role includes approximately 10–20% travel to support client activations and onsite events.

What You Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in client engagement, growth or lifecycle marketing, program management, strategy consulting, or a related field.
  • Meaningful ownership of end-user adoption, activation, or enrollment.
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable communications.
  • Experience managing campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement.
  • Strong analytical judgment and comfort using performance data to guide decisions.
  • Experience working with senior client stakeholders, including Total Rewards, benefits, and HR leaders.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support creative development, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in an early-stage or resource-constrained environment is strongly preferred.
  • Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and integrity.

You will thrive in this role if you are both a strategist and a maker: someone who can identify the problem, develop the solution, and manage the details required to bring it to life.

Most importantly, you believe people deserve to feel supported during life’s hardest moments and understand that support only matters if people know it is available.

Why Work Here

Help build the support network we want for our loved ones. At Wellist, our work directly impacts people navigating some of life’s hardest moments. We take pride in delivering clarity, compassion, and real help, at a consistently high standard.

  •     A meaningful mission – Join a team building the support system we all want for our loved ones.
