Senior Business Systems Analyst (Remote, United States)

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analysis who will work in the Go To Market (GTM) domain within the BSA organization reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM BSA. This individual should be innately curious and take a genuine interest in learning our business processes, gathering requirements, and helping advise the business to identify the right needs for the right solution. This role is highly cross-functional as this individual would interface with stakeholders across several GTM functions (i.e Marketing through Customer Success/Support). In addition, this role requires someone who can be vulnerable and comfortable asking questions even if they may seem inconsequential. We are looking for someone that is a self-starter with an inherent drive for process and delivery excellence.
Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes - both as-is and to-be.
• Gather business requirements, diligently documenting them using templatized artifacts.
• Partner with Product Owners to manage a backlog of work.
• Work amongst peers to create and adhere to BSA standards to create a Center of Excellence (consistent way of working, templatized documentation, etc.)
• Consult and challenge business stakeholders on the best path forward, always bringing it back to core requirements, and knowledge on changes and updates to the GTM domain that may impact requested work.
• Continuously enable and partner with cross functional leaders on Business Systems engagement framework to ultimately protect and foster an effective, efficient scrum team dynamic.
• Promote a culture of proactiveness over reactiveness, and progress over perfection.

Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our offices. All other candidates are able to sit remotely.
What will help you succeed
Minimum Requirements

• At least 5+ years working as a Business Systems Analyst
• HS Diploma or GED required

Preferred Requirements

• Proficiency with business systems analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation
• Familiarity of Agile scrum methodology
• GTM experience
• Demonstrated ability to elicit requirements from business stakeholders
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence
• Organized, with attention to detail emphasizing process, completeness and accuracy
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to concisely summarize takeaways, escalations, and next steps to a diverse group of peers

Compensation and Rewards
DOE, salary $100K - $125K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
