WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Recruiter to accelerate global growth across critical business functions. This role will play a central part in scaling the organization through a combination of high-volume hiring, complex and niche searches, and select executive-level engagements. The ideal candidate is a strategic talent partner and execution-focused operator who thrives in ambiguity to efficiently identify and hire exceptional talent in competitive markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with hiring leaders across global business functions (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Operations, People, Business Development) to design and execute data-driven recruiting strategies aligned to company growth objectives.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a mix of high-volume roles, specialized and hard-to-fill searches, and occasional executive-level positions, balancing speed, rigor, and candidate experience.
- Navigate global hiring complexities, including varying talent markets, time zones, and compliance considerations, to build diverse and high-performing teams across regions.
- Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to proactively identify and engage niche and high-impact talent.
- Build and maintain scalable global talent pipelines through market mapping, competitive intelligence, and strategic outbound engagement.
- Track and analyze recruiting funnel metrics to continuously optimize conversion rates, time-to-fill, and overall hiring effectiveness across regions and role types.
- Champion the candidate experience through timely communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with People teams to enhance ATS workflows, improve process standardization, and scale best practices globally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience supporting global hiring initiatives in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume requisitions, complex niche searches, and exposure to executive-level recruiting.
- Strong understanding of global talent markets and experience navigating the operational complexities of international hiring.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, and modern sourcing platforms to drive efficiency and talent insights.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leaders through clear communication, sound judgment, and consultative problem-solving.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and execute in an environment where business needs evolve quickly and searches vary in scope and complexity.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $120,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
