WHOOP is hiring a Senior Business Operations Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. You will work with leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to design and execute programs that improve how WHOOP operates at scale. This is a role for a strategic doer and someone who thrives in ambiguity, creates structure, and brings operational leverage to complex challenges.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution, aligning key stakeholders and ensuring program success
- Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, and best practices that improve team execution across Operations
- Act as a strategic partner to Operations leadership, helping prioritize and manage top Operations initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Hardware, Quality, Membership Services, and Business Systems to identify operational gaps and deliver improvements
- Own the planning and coordination of executive-level reporting, KPI development, and performance tracking
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, offering structured problem-solving and clear communication to resolve issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, supply chain, or a related field within a high-growth or tech-enabled company. Strongly prefer experience in manufacturing and/or consumer electronics.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs and improving operational systems in complex environments
- Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous situations, with a track record of building clarity and driving alignment
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs from ideation through execution, with measurable results
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to create clarity from ambiguity
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and clearly articulate strategy and progress
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, and Smartsheet, with a comfort level working across digital tools
- High degree of ownership, adaptability, and urgency—ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 - $175,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
