As the WHOOP brand continues to grow globally, we’re looking for a Sr Brand Lead, Programmatic to help scale awareness and affinity through impactful, data-driven brand media. As a Senior Brand Lead, you will support and execute WHOOP’s global programmatic brand media strategy, with a focus on efficient reach and measurable brand impact. You’ll work closely with regional marketing partners and internal teams to plan, launch, and optimize brand media campaigns across markets.

This is a new role reporting to the Director of Brand Media and offers strong growth opportunities as WHOOP continues to scale.

*This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.*

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and execute programmatic brand media campaigns across key global markets
  • Manage DSP media strategy and day-to-day media buying to drive efficient reach and brand awareness
  • Partner with global marketing leads to develop market-level media plans
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns to improve campaign efficiency and impact
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Analytics, Creative, Performance Media, and Consumer Insights
  • Contribute to media reporting and analysis, helping connect media performance to brand health metrics
  • Drive test and learn agenda to continuously improve programmatic effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7 years of experience in programmatic media buying, ideally with brand-focused KPIs
  • Hands-on experience working in DSP platforms
  • Experience with campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance and brand metrics
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience supporting global or multi-market media programs

At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. 

In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.

These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
