• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define event tracking requirements and ensure product telemetry supports meaningful measurement and analysis.

• Quantify opportunity size and help Product teams prioritize investments based on expected customer value, business impact, and strategic objectives.

• Support product teams throughout the product lifecycle, from opportunity identification and prioritization through launch and post-release evaluation.

Analytics Execution & Insight Generation

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and root causes.

• Translate complex business questions into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Design, analyze, and communicate results from experiments, feature launches, and product initiatives, evaluating customer and business impact.

• Identify and quantify opportunities to improve product experiences, customer engagement, retention, and business outcomes through data-driven analysis.

• Evaluate tradeoffs between competing product investments and provide analytical recommendations that support roadmap prioritization.

Stakeholder Partnership & Data Storytelling

• Act as a trusted analytics partner to Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

• Present analytical findings and recommendations through clear narratives and effective visualizations.

• Influence prioritization and strategic decisions through evidence-based insights.

• Communicate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Analytics Excellence & Innovation

• Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to improve data quality, instrumentation, and accessibility.

• Leverage modern analytics and AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and improve team efficiency.

• Contribute to scalable analytics best practices, governance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

About You

• You think beyond dashboards and reporting, focusing on the business decisions, customer behaviors, and product outcomes behind the data.

• You bring strong product and analytical instincts, using customer behavior, product usage patterns, and business outcomes to guide recommendations and influence product decisions.

• You are naturally curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and able to bring structure and clarity to evolving challenges.

• You can move seamlessly between technical analysis, stakeholder discussions, and executive communication.

• You operate independently, take ownership of outcomes, and effectively influence stakeholders through sound judgment and analytical rigor.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or related analytical roles within B2B SaaS or technology organizations.

• Demonstrated experience influencing product, business, or operational decisions through analytical insights and recommendations.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets. Experience with Python or other analytical programming languages is a plus.

• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.

• Proven ability to define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and translate complex business questions into actionable analysis and recommendations.

• Experience analyzing product adoption, customer behavior, engagement, retention, experimentation, or product performance.

• Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor insights to technical and executive audiences.

• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered tools and LLMs to accelerate analytical workflows, automate repetitive tasks, improve research efficiency, enhance data exploration, and generate actionable insights.

Success in This Role Means

• Product teams consistently use your analyses and recommendations to improve product experiences, customer outcomes, and business performance.

• Product teams use your analyses to prioritize roadmap investments, evaluate tradeoffs, and make more informed product decisions.

• Product and business metrics are trusted, accurate, clearly defined, and consistently applied across the organization.

• Complex product and business questions are translated into clear analytical approaches that drive meaningful action and measurable outcomes.

• Product opportunities, launches, and strategic initiatives are supported by clear measurement frameworks and well-defined success criteria.

• Product launches, experiments, and strategic initiatives have measurable business impact.
