This role is designed for those who want to build a long-term career in SaaS and Go-To-Market (GTM). As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will sit at the frontline of Mindtickle’s growth engine - owning the first conversation with potential customers and shaping how Mindtickle shows up in the market. If your goal is to become a high-impact GTM Operator in the future - someone who understands buyers, messaging, pipelines, and revenue motion - this role gives you the hands-on exposure to get there.

- Support the team by qualifying leads and setting up discovery calls
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses using internal tools

We’d love to hear from you, if you:
- 5+ years of experience
- Have completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Are curious, driven, and motivated by goals and outcomes
- Enjoy speaking with new people and building professional relationships
- Acquire and demonstrate proficiency in cold calling and objection handling.
- Obtain a wealth of experience in cold calling and adeptly handling objections.
- Get hold of comprehensive sales tools experience, with a preference for familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and more.
- Having an in-depth understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools, such as DemandBase.
- Are motivated, strategic, focused, and persistent in nature.
