Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, Go-To-Market, you turn data into strategic insight that accelerates growth across the full GTM engine. You partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to optimize funnel efficiency, improve campaign performance, and maximize customer lifetime value.

You instrument, measure, and analyze performance across awareness, acquisition, conversion, and retention to enable high-impact decisions that drive the business forward.  You connect data across systems to build a unified view of pipeline health and revenue performance. You not only analyze data but also build frameworks that support repeatable, scalable decision-making across the GTM organization. You influence strategy by surfacing insights that shape targeting, budget allocation, engagement strategies, and operational priorities. As a senior member of the analytics team, you also mentor junior analysts and elevate the team’s overall analytical rigor.

What you do each day:

  • Develop deep expertise in our GTM systems, data pipelines, and performance drivers across marketing, sales, and retention funnels
  • Partner with GTM and executive stakeholders to identify key questions that unlock growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Build dashboards, models, and frameworks that monitor funnel health and forecast performance
  • Conduct diagnostic and trend analyses to identify bottlenecks, conversion levers, and opportunities for optimization
  • Translate complex data into clear stories and strategic recommendations that inform leadership decisions
  • Support forecasting, attribution, and cohort analyses that connect GTM performance to financial outcomes
  • Mentor junior analysts on analytical best practices, business framing, and communication clarity
  • Contribute to the evolution of a unified GTM analytics framework that aligns Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared metrics and decision logic

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline; or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years experience with a BI tool (i.e. Tableau, Power BI or Looker (Tableau preferred))
  • Proven success sourcing business questions from key internal stakeholders, refining, and answering comprehensively with data and analytics
  • Deep understanding of SQL and transforming raw data into usable datasets for analytical purposes

What will help you succeed:

  • Former experience in management consulting, business operations, financial modeling, or product/marketing analytics
  • Prior experience at a SaaS start-up
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment, supporting analysis and reporting for business stakeholders
  • Experience providing compelling data storytelling, unlocking actionable insights
  • Ability to drive analysis, with a constant eye toward business objectives
  • Curious, innovative mindset with a focus on solving problems
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Motivated by accuracy and attention to detail

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $94,000-$117,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
